These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Queen Rentals website (queenrentals.gr) and all vehicle rental agreements made through our booking system or direct communication. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

2. Reservations & Payment
All reservations made through our website are free of charge — no credit card is required and no deposit is taken. Payment is due in full upon vehicle pickup.
By submitting a reservation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the driver requirements outlined below.
3. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years old for all vehicles
- Maximum age: 75 years old for full insurance coverage
- A valid full driving license held for at least 1 year is required
- Non-EU citizens or drivers without a European driving permit must present a valid International Driving License
- Licenses not written in English or Greek must be accompanied by an International Driving License
4. Insurance Coverage
All rentals include Full Comprehensive Insurance (FCI) at no extra cost:
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
- Theft Protection
- Fire & Third-Party Liability
- Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) up to €1,300,000
- Zero excess — your liability for vehicle damage is zero
Insurance does not cover:
- Damage caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Damage caused by an unauthorised driver
- Damage from driving on non-tarmac, unpaved, or off-road surfaces
- Clutch disk damage
- Loss of or damage to keys
- Loss of or damage to personal belongings
In the event of any accident or damage, do not move the vehicle — contact us immediately.
5. Delivery & Collection
We offer free delivery and collection island-wide, including:
- Agios Nikolaos Port
- Zakynthos Port
- Zakynthos Airport
- Any hotel, villa, or accommodation on the island
After-hours delivery or collection between 23:00 and 05:00 is subject to a €20 surcharge.
6. Fuel Policy
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You are required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Failure to do so may result in a refuelling charge.
7. Mileage
Unlimited kilometres within Zakynthos island are included in all rentals.
8. Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 2 days for all vehicles.
9. Late Returns
Late returns are charged at €10 per hour. If you anticipate a delay in returning the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible.
10. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
The rented vehicle:
- May only be driven by the authorised renter named in the rental agreement
- May not be transported by ferry or taken outside Zakynthos island
- May not be driven on non-tarmac, unpaved, or off-road surfaces (doing so voids insurance coverage)
- May not be used for racing, towing, or any unlawful purpose
- May not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs
11. Renter's Responsibilities
As the renter, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the vehicle is locked and secured when unattended
- Reporting any accident, damage, or mechanical issue immediately
- Returning the vehicle on time, in the same condition as received
- Any traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental period
12. Extras
Baby and child seats are available free of charge upon request. Please request them at the time of booking.
13. Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime — just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Since no prepayment or deposit is taken, no refund process applies.
Failure to notify us of a cancellation may affect your ability to make future reservations.
14. Liability
Queen Rentals is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Delays caused by mechanical failure, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from the rental
Our total liability in connection with any rental shall not exceed the total rental price paid.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zakynthos.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
