Requirements & Licensing
What are the age requirements?
Minimum age 21 years old for all vehicles. Maximum age 75 for full insurance coverage.
What driving license do I need?
A valid full driving license held for at least 1 year. Non-EU citizens or those without a European driving permit must present an International Driving License. Licenses not written in English or Greek must be accompanied by an International Driving License.
Do I need a credit card to book?
No credit card required. Reserve online for free and pay on pickup.
Insurance
What insurance is included?
Full Comprehensive Insurance (FCI) is included in all rates at no extra cost. Zero excess. Your liability for vehicle damage is zero. This includes CDW, Theft Protection, Fire & Third-Party Liability, and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) up to €1,300,000.
What does the insurance NOT cover?
Insurance excludes: damage from driving under influence, unauthorized drivers, non-tarmac/off-road driving, clutch disk damage, keys, GPS, and personal belongings.
What should I do in case of an accident?
In case of any accident or damage, do not move the car. Call us immediately.
Fuel & Kilometers
What is the fuel policy?
Full-to-full fuel policy. Return with the same fuel level as pickup.
Are kilometers unlimited?
Yes, unlimited kilometers within Zakynthos island.
Delivery & Collection
Where can you deliver the car?
Free delivery and collection island-wide: Agios Nikolaos port, Zakynthos port, airport, hotel, villa, anywhere on the island.
Is there a charge for after-hours delivery?
After-hours delivery or collection (23:00–05:00) is subject to a €20 surcharge.
Extras
Are child seats available?
Baby and child seats are available free of charge on request.
Restrictions
Can I take the car off the island?
No, vehicles may not be transported by ferry outside Zakynthos island.
Can I drive off-road?
Driving on non-tarmac or off-road surfaces voids insurance coverage.
Pricing & Taxes
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes, all prices include VAT at 24%.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Minimum rental period is 2 days.
What if I return the car late?
Late returns are charged at €10 per hour.
Cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your pickup. Since there is no prepayment, no deposit is taken and no refund applies.
