What Information We Collect

When you make a reservation When you book a vehicle through our website, we collect the information you provide in the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off dates, and pick-up location. This information is necessary to process and confirm your reservation.

When you contact us When you contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive and store the information you provide in your message, including your contact details and the content of your inquiry.

Website analytics We use Umami, a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool that collects anonymous usage statistics. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. All data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• To process and manage your vehicle reservation
• To communicate with you about your booking (confirmation, pickup details, changes)

WhatsApp When you contact us via WhatsApp, your communication is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy. We do not control how WhatsApp processes your data.

Our website does not set tracking cookies. Our analytics tool (Umami) operates without cookies. The only data stored in your browser is a simple preference to dismiss our information banner, saved via localStorage — this is not a cookie and contains no personal data.
